From what I've gathered reading about the new curriculum -- it seems as though it is a combination of traditional classroom instruction (i.e. "organizational perspepctives"), followed by case work ("integrated leadership perspectives").

Is that correct? If not, can you please elaborate on the format/structure of classroom instruction?

thank you!

I can shed some light on the perspectives which we have completed till now

1. Invesor - No cases. Its the traditional lecture method of teaching. But has one of the best professors (Prof. Barberis) taking class for the first years.
2. Customer - I would say its about 75% case method and 25% leacture method.
3. Competitor - Similar to Customer, its mostly case method (about 60%) of teaching. This is the only perspective for which we do not have an exam, instead we were asked to do an industry analysis and couple of interesting assignments.
4. State and Society - Its mostly lecture method. I think we just had 3 cases in the entire course.

All in all, across the 4 perspectives we had a nice balance between lecture and case method of education.
