Hi,
I received the invitation from Yale SOM to attend a reception in Mumbai on Jan 5th. I would be shifting jobs at the time and would be in my 1st week with a new employer. I would be based in Bangalore and asking for leave to attend the event would not go down well with them.
Considering this, can some student who is part of the trip to Mumbai answer me when I ask what is the exact agenda that you have in mind for those who attend the trip that day? Is there something at the event that I cannot get by posing questions on this discussion board/interacting with student ambassadors listed on the website? Is some faculty accompanying the team? It would be enlightening if it were possible to ask the faculty certain questions on the day. Are there some alumni who have volunteered to attend the event?
