Students with Engineering background

Hi,

I am a Mechanical Engineer, working with US multinational corp and have 6+ years of exp with good academic credentials and score. I wanted to know, what are the chances of admissions of applicants with Engineering background. Actually, I am interested in switching my field from Operations to Finance. How do Yale view it?

We have people from all sorts of backgrounds and many people go to business school to pursue a career change. Your chances of admission will depend on the quality of your application and how you present yourself, but there's nothing about your background that's a "red flag," if that's what you're wondering about.
