How easy is it to start a club?

Hey folks,

I love to travel and currently work for an airline. I noticed that there arent any clubs dedicated to travel and tourism. Aren't there a lot of folks from the travel and tourism industry ?

I was wondering on how does one go about starting a club ? Do you just get a couple of fellas with similar interests and start a club ? do you need to have a 'business plan' :)

I don't think you need that much, although I haven't tried it.

What I know for sure is that being an official club is not all that important, depending on what you want to do. Some clubs are official, but are not very active. On the other hand, because the class size is so small, it's easy to find other people who have similar interests and organize.

As for people from the travel/tourism industry, I know of one person who worked for an airline before. Not sure about others since it isn't my area of focus.
