We're barely 6 weeks into the core section of the new curriculum. I suppose we'll be able to answer your question better at the end of the year!
It's been great uptil now, especially with the new courses on problem framing and careers. The main 12 week section on perspectives will start in November.

Abhay,
Even though we are only a couple of weeks into the Perspectives part of the curriculum, I can already see the benefits. For example, last week the professor who teaches our Competitor course guest lectured a case study in our Customer course. It served as a really poignant reminder of how the best way to gain customers is to add more value than your competitors. Another example comes from our Negotiations class. A lot of the creative solutions that exist in negotiation depend in how each party frames the problem to himself and the other party. Therefore, our instructor has encouraged us to use a lot of the concepts we learned during the Problem Framing course in the first six weeks of school.
These are just a couple of how the new curriculum really leverages the connections between different courses. You can never go into a class with the mindset that you'll just be learning about that subject; often you have to draw on resources from other classes to fully address the issues. The result is a comprehensive class experience which is immensely challenging and stimulating.
Good luck,
Brian
