Hi,
In work experience section, compensation is asked in USD. I am from India and here compensation package is quite different. The Bonuses of my company are included in the package and are variable depending on company's profit in lieu of my performance.
This is tough to gaugue. Should I convert the annual compensation in USD and then write and leave the Bonus section blank?
After my undergard college, I worked with an NGO and searched Job as well. This is a blank period. Can I show NGO work as Work exp.

I would recommend converting to USD as best as you can and leaving the bonus section blank. Then address the bonus breakdown in your optional essay to give us more of an explanation.

Also, your experience with the NGO would count as work experience. Just include details of the experience on your resume.

But while in NGO, I did voluntary work there and no compensation was recieved. Should I still put it in Work Exp.

Since it was volunteer work then it would probably be more appropriate to be listed within the activities/extra-curricular section of your resume.
