Leadership/ Work Experience

Good day,
I have a few concerns about my work experience. I have barely 2 years full time experience (From 2 different employers), but I have done three Internships and have been a teaching assistant as well a residential advisor.
How do you suggest I incorporate this in my application, and will they be considered along with my full time experience?

Your work experience since graduating from college is what we consider full time work experience. We welcome early career applicants. It matters more what you have done in your work, than how long you have been working.

I suggest you use the resume (which can be two pages) to explain your work and activities during and since college. You may also want to address why now is the right time and how your experience will enhance the classroom experience in the essay portion of the application.
