Rec Letter Problems

I seem to be having some problems getting one of my requests emailed to my recommender. I've confirmed the email address multiple times and requested the email be resent four times. I have successfully used this person's email address for other recommendation letter requests, so it should work. Who could I talk to about this problem?

I had the same problem. Ask your recommender to check his/her junk, blocked, or spam folder.

That's where mine was sent :)
