Hi, I graduated from a college in China and am now working here in U.S. My college back in China issues official transcripts in envelops sealed by registrar, but they don't do the mailings. Is that the offical transcripts have to be mailed by the university to make it official? Can I send in those official transcripts in envelops sealed by university registrar with my application.

Thanks!

Eric

Hi Eric,
As long as the transcript is sealed and stamped from the registrar of your university, you can send it directly to the admissions office.
Thanks,

Hi,

Should we mail our transcripts before we submit or after?

Thanks!

Eric,

You should send as soon as you are able. We can't begin to review your application until we receive your transcripts. Don't worry about them arriving before you submit. We will match it up once we receive your on-line application.
