Hello,

I recently sent a request to my undergraduate university to send Yale copies of my transcript. Should I follow up with the admissions office to ensure receipt of the transcripts? I'd rather not wait and risk finding out the hard way that something is missing.

Is it possible to submit the xerox copy of my transcript in place of the official, sealed copy? Does Yale allow this?

Thanks for the original answer. I had another question. While attending my primary undergrad, I took some summer classes at a local community college. The courses all transferred and are reflected on my primary undergrad transcript. Do you need a transcript from the local community college as well, even though it is already reflected on my primary transcript?

We do not accept xerox copies of transcripts. We need to have an original mailed from the university.
