GMAT score concern

I am 22 years of age as on September 1, 2006. I am a Mechanical Engineer from one of India's top technical institutes. I will be having a work experience of 2 years by August 2007. I am applying for the class of 2009. I have a GMAT score of 730 (Quant.:50, Verbal: 38). Due to my involvement at the workplace and in extracurricular activities, I could not prepare for it. Is my GMAT score a concern?
I am clear about my goals and about how Yale and I can contribute to each other's lives.
