Query about reapplication

I have applied to the YALE SOM for the 2006 intake and I was unfortunated to get rejected without interview call. But YALE is my top choice for several reasons. So, I have decided to reapply. But I have got a few quereis:

1) Are reapplicants are accepted at a higher rate than regular applicants? What is the % of reapplicant?

2) Should reapplicant apply by round 1?

3) I have got feedback from the admission committee on my application also. The feedback is encouraging for reapplication. I am not sure whether it is advisable to share feedback on rejected application to the admission committee. So I am seeking your views whether I should share it here because I have some queries related to that feedback which I can get clarified from here.

1. Reapplciants are admitted at about the same rate as first time applicants.

2. We encourage all applicants to apply earlier rather than later. With that being said, you should apply when you feel you have prepared your strongest application possible.

3. Any correspondence between you and the admissions staff (including your feedback) becomes part of your file, so the readers of your application will have this information.
