Good morning and Good day,
I am an R2 applicant and i have not yet received interview invitation. Does it mean that i haved been rejected/dinged by Yale. Or still there are some more invitations to go out?
And if so, till when we can expect invitation? is it upto deadline date?

We will be extending interview invitations right up until the deadline date - April 5.

I was wondering what the realistic chances are for someone (i.e... me) who hasn't yet received an invitation to interview. Is that an indication of a lesser likelihood of getting into the Yale SOM?

Hi NJ,

Although we have been able to go through a fair number of applications at this point, it could be that your application hasn't yet been reviewed. Round 2 is our busiest round so it does take us right up until April 5th to review all the applications.

My application for 2007 full-time MBA program has been rejected.

I believe that the admission committee has made the wrong decision by mistake.

Please let me know how it can reverse this. When my application was rejected in 06 it mentioned that there were no weaknesses in the application. I put even stronger application in 07 and it got rejected again.

I can not understand what the admission committee is thinking ??

I believe that MBA from an esteemed university such as Yale is very essential for my career and also believe that reversing the wrong decision will be mutually beneficial.

Please let me know.

All admissions decisions are final. You are welcome to reapply next year. Please keep in mind that it has been an extremely competitive year for us, and we have not been able to accept many qualified applicants.
